"A cake artist from County Down, Lara Mason, has taken on her tallest project yet – a lifesize cake of global superstar Taylor Swift ahead of Super Bowl Sunday. Lara, known for her hyperrealistic cakes, sculpted the pop icon in 38 hours using almost 130kg of ingredients. The 7ft tall creation features Taylor holding the Vince Lombardi Super Bowl trophy above her head. Lara originally planned to include a lifesize replica of Travis Kelce, the Kanas City Chiefs tight end and Taylor's partner, in a Taylor Swift Eras T-shirt, but ran out of time. The couple, both NFL fans, will be supporting the Chiefs in Sunday's game."
