Leipzig witnessed a successful partnership as Daniel Deußer and Loui LN, a duo since 2022, marked their first win in 2024. The 1.45-meter jump on Friday afternoon showcased both speed and flawless execution from the ten-year-old stallion and Deußer. Hans-Dieter Dreher secured the second spot riding his Holsteiner Cous Cous, bred by Norbert Schmalbach. Swiss rider Martin Fuchs claimed the third position with his mount, Viper Z.
Adding to the excitement, Marvin Jüngel, the Hamburg Derby winner of 2023, leaped to the fifth position with DSP Ortendra S. Currently, Jüngel is training at Pfungstadt in the stables of Sophie Hinners, Richard Vogel, and David Will. Speaking about Jüngel's presence, David Will shared, “Since his farm is currently undergoing renovations, he is currently riding with us. It's a win for both sides. We have a very good rider in the stable, and Marvin can gain experience in another company. He has been with us for six months.” Will also hinted that Marvin is already contemplating the derby, revealing the rider's forward-thinking approach.

I'm feeling motivated after reading this.
